Services are provided as described in individual written estimates or contracts provided to each customer prior to the start of work. All services are subject to availability and geographic coverage at the time of your request.
Written estimates provided by Complete Tracy Fence are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on information available at the time of the site visit and the scope of work as described. Pricing may change if:

Project start dates are scheduled based on crew availability, permit timelines, and material lead times. We will communicate expected start dates in writing. We ask that customers:
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather, permit delays, or circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible in those cases. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or delivered may be subject to restocking or material fees.
Payment terms are stated in the written estimate or contract provided to each customer. A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work and the final walkthrough, unless otherwise specified in writing. Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee. In the event of non-payment, Complete Tracy Fence reserves the right to pursue collection through all available legal means, including mechanic's lien rights under California law.
Where required, Complete Tracy Fence will apply for necessary building permits on behalf of the customer. Permit fees are typically included in or added to the estimate. The customer is responsible for obtaining any required HOA or property association approval before work begins. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from permit rejections or HOA denials where the customer failed to obtain required approvals in advance.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, the total liability of Complete Tracy Fence for any claim arising out of our services or this website - whether based on contract, negligence, or any other theory - shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits or loss of use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
